Mastering the Market
With Shelley Walters
Space 1 | Building C | "Quick Peek"
Kick off the Space Showcase with a brief yet impactful introduction in Building A. Brokers will get a taste—literally and figuratively—of what’s to come. The "Quick Peek" offers a light, refreshing start, setting the tone for the rest of the event. The Moroccan flair subtly weaves into the experience, creating intrigue and engagement right from the start. This initial stop is designed to be quick and effective, leaving brokers curious and eager for more.
Activity
Spice Market Challenge
Tying into the "Mastering the Market" theme, brokers will engage in a "Spice Market Challenge." As they enter the space, they’ll be invited to identify various spices presented in a market-style setup. Each spice will have a brief description related to key sales traits or strategies—much like the traits that Shelley Walters will discuss later.

Brokers who correctly identify a certain number of spices will earn a small token, like a branded spice jar, which ties into both the theme and the event.

Space 2 | Building A or B | "Prepping for Success"
In this space, brokers will engage in a thought-provoking exercise designed to prime their minds for the keynote session by Shelley Walters. The activity centers around a common challenge in today’s market: overcoming the objection to leasing office space in a world where remote work is increasingly popular. This interactive experience will encourage brokers to think critically and share their strategies, setting the stage for the insights Shelley will provide.
Activity
The Objection Challenge
Brokers will be presented with the objection: "I'm not sure I should be taking an office—maybe we should keep working remotely." Each broker will be invited to write down how they would overcome this objection, based on their own experiences and strategies. These responses will then be collected and provided to the guest speaker, Shelley Walters, who will incorporate them into her keynote presentation. This activity not only engages brokers directly but also allows them to contribute to the discussion, making the keynote more interactive and tailored to their real-world challenges.
