📢 Logistics & Communication
Given the strict capacity of 24 pax in the suite, I think it would be best to maximize your guest invitations and not include me as an onsite attendee (unless you feel it's absolutely necessary).
Instead, I’ll act as your dedicated virtual event concierge for the entire day. I'll be fully available via phone and WhatsApp to handle absolutely everything behind the scenes. Essentially, I'll ensure your guests' experience is flawless, and you can focus on being present and engaging with them personally, knowing I've got everything else covered.
To ensure a smooth and memorable event experience, please find the clearly defined roles below:
Onsite Event Host (Marijke?):

📷 Content Capture Plan
Due to guest capacity restrictions in the hospitality suites, a traditional event photographer will not be onsite.
Additionally, access to the suite is strictly limited to ticket holders only—no pre-event access or temporary entry for external media will be permitted.
With that in mind, I’ve adapted the content strategy to focus on creative, low-footprint methods to still capture meaningful moments.

These can be collected post-event and scanned into a digital keepsake or collage.
